Sixteen seats at a single hinoki-wood counter, two seatings a night. Chef Matsuda and the counter team composing seventeen courses from the day's fish and the season's hand. The chef cuts, the apprentice warms, the captain reads the room — it's choreography you watch up close.

In the main dining room — twenty-eight seats in carved booths, low warm lighting, a room that asks you to slow down. A seven-course tasting drawn from the same pantry as the counter, plated with the room's quieter hand. The captain pours; the sommelier reads your glass; the pace is unhurried.

Low stools, warm charcoal, and a short menu of skewers, grilled vegetables, and seasonal small plates. The lounge runs more casual — first-come for parties of two, with reservations accepted for larger groups. A cup of junmai, two rounds from the fire, and you've known the house.

Two private rooms and a full-buyout option — the Tea Room for 8, the Gallery for 14, or the entire house for up to 60. Bespoke menus shaped with the chef, wine pairings from the sommelier, a dedicated captain for your evening. What you arrive to has already been rehearsed.

Start in the Robata Lounge — walk in, small plates, a cup of junmai. Low commitment, full voice.
Book the Counter 30 days out. Two hours at the chef's hand is the kind of evening you'll talk about.
The Seasonal Tasting in the dining room. A slower pace, a quiet booth, wine pairing if you want it.
The Tea Room for eight, the Gallery for fourteen. Confidential, composed, on time.
