Counter Omakase

Sixteen seats at a single hinoki-wood counter, two seatings a night. Chef Matsuda and the counter team composing seventeen courses from the day's fish and the season's hand. The chef cuts, the apprentice warms, the captain reads the room — it's choreography you watch up close.

Seasonal Tasting

In the main dining room — twenty-eight seats in carved booths, low warm lighting, a room that asks you to slow down. A seven-course tasting drawn from the same pantry as the counter, plated with the room's quieter hand. The captain pours; the sommelier reads your glass; the pace is unhurried.

Robata Lounge

Low stools, warm charcoal, and a short menu of skewers, grilled vegetables, and seasonal small plates. The lounge runs more casual — first-come for parties of two, with reservations accepted for larger groups. A cup of junmai, two rounds from the fire, and you've known the house.
